ROBERT E. MOLLOY, ESQ.

Robert E. Molloy received a B.A. from LeMoyne College in 1989 and a J.D from Albany Law School – Union University in 1992. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January 1993. He was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York in May 1993.

Mr. Molloy founded his firm in Troy, New York in 1993 and has practiced throughout the State of New York since that date. He was formerly employed as First Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Troy, New York and as an Assistant Public Defender for Rensselaer Count, New York. Mr. Molloy has represented children as a Law Guardian since 1995. Mr. Molloy is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the Rensselaer County Bar Association.

Mr. Molloy relocated the firm to its present offices in Latham, New York in 2006.

Mr. Molloy is an experienced trial attorney who has obtained excellent results for clients in divorce, custody, criminal and personal injury cases.

Mr. Molloy is married and lives locally. He and his wife Leslie are the proud and busy parents of three sons and a daughter.

MICHELE MINOTTI, LEGAL ASSISTANT

Ms. Michele Minotti has been with the Molloy Law Firm since 2006. Ms. Minotti came to the Molloy Firm from the Law Firm of Sargent, Sargent & Jacob in Westport, Connecticut. Ms. Minotti has extensive experience in all areas of the law which the Firm practices with a particular emphasis on real estate transactions.
