Custody to Father in Child’s Best Interests
 
Family Court granted petitioner father custody of the subject child and awarded visitation to respondent mother. The Appellate Division affirmed. The referee’s conclusion had a sound and substantial basis in the record. Further, the referee appropriately evaluated the best interests of the child under the totality of the circumstances.
