Robert E. Molloy, Esq.
Robert E. Molloy received a B.A. from LeMoyne College in 1989 and his J.D. from Albany Law School Union University in 1992. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January 1993. In May 1993, he was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Mr. Molloy founded his firm in Troy, New York in 1993 before relocating to Latham, New York in 2006, and has practiced throughout the State of New York. He was formerly employed as First Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Troy, New York and as an Assistant Public Defender for Rensselaer County, New York. He has represented children as an Attorney for the Child since 1995. Mr. Molloy is an experienced trial attorney who has obtained excellent results for clients in divorce, custody, criminal and personal injury cases.
